     thE bikini contest scheduled for Thursday, August 21 has been rescheduled for Thursday, August 28 at 6:00 pm, to kick off the Labor Day Weekend

Listen to live music while laying around the pool and sipping on one of our specialty cocktails. Let the kids play in our playground on the beach while you relax at our tiki bar or have lunch on the patio deck.

       In 1995, Chase Breiner, a retired Vice President of Merrill Lynch, stumbled upon this property, then a run-down motel called the Coronado Dunes, while looking to buy a used canoe.  He saw the potential for a fun place where people could eat, drink, relax and play.  Though Chase passed away in 2005, his family still runs Chases in the spirit of "fun on the beach."  Oh, and we still have the canoe.
